- This policy explains the moderation controls used to keep Hayati AI within lawful, adult-only, and policy-compliant boundaries.

Nature of Content
- Hayati AI provides AI-generated companionship and entertainment. Characters are fictional and AI-generated; there are no real profiles, human performers, or user-to-user interactions.
- The service may include adult-oriented or sexually explicit fictional content, but content is generated or served only through controlled, moderated pipelines.

Automated Moderation
- Interactions may pass through real-time, AI-based moderation and safety systems.
- - Automated prompt filtering and blocked words or topics;
- - System-level rules that keep AI character responses within permitted boundaries;
- - Hard safety limits that block prohibited content regardless of context.

Prohibited Content - Zero Tolerance
- The following content is strictly prohibited and may be blocked at all times:
- - Any content involving, sexualizing, or depicting minors;
- - Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind;
- - Non-consensual sexual content, sexual violence, or rape;
- - Extreme violence, gore, self-harm promotion, terrorism, or illegal material;
- - Impersonation or depiction of real, identifiable individuals without authorization.

Enforcement
- Prohibited requests may be blocked before content is produced. We may review activity, monitor safety signals, and take action through internal administrative tools.
- Users who repeatedly attempt to create or solicit prohibited content may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.

Age and Access Controls
- Strict 18+ access controls and adult-content notices operate alongside content moderation to keep the service restricted to eligible adult users.
