Purpose
- This policy sets out how users register for and gain access to Hayati AI, and how we maintain controls for adult-only access.

Eligibility - Strictly 18+
- Hayati AI is an adult-only platform. Users must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher.
- Before accessing the service, each user must actively confirm that they meet the applicable age requirement.

Account Creation and Authentication
- Users register with a valid email address or phone number. Authentication is handled through our account systems, including Firebase Authentication where applicable.
- Each user is responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs through their account.

Acceptance of Terms
- At registration, users must agree to our Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy, Content Monitoring Policy, and Report Policy.
- Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the applicable policies.

Prohibited Users and Jurisdictions
- Registration is not permitted for anyone under 18. Access from sanctioned jurisdictions may be restricted in line with applicable requirements.
- Users who attempt to bypass eligibility, age, location, or payment restrictions violate this policy and the Terms and Conditions.

Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or our Terms and Conditions, including accounts operated by minors or used to solicit prohibited content.
