Hayati AI — Hayati Labs Limited
Document Type: Content Safety and Compliance Procedures Operator: Hayati Labs Limited Website: https://hayati.ai Reporting Contact: info@hayati.ai
Purpose and Scope
These Procedures establish the framework for identifying, restricting, reviewing, documenting, escalating, and responding to suspected child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”), non-consensual intimate content, and other unlawful or prohibited sexual content associated with Hayati AI (“Hayati,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Hayati is operated by Hayati Labs Limited, a company registered in the State of New York, United States, with an office at 2004 Brockwell Ave, Monterey Park, CA 91754, United States.
These Procedures apply to user text inputs, AI-generated outputs, fictional character content, account activity, user reports, and other content or conduct within the Services.
They are intended to support operational compliance and reviews by payment processors, acquiring banks, and other authorized stakeholders.
These Procedures supplement, rather than replace, Hayati's Content Monitoring & Prohibited Content Policy, Report Policy, Complaints, Content Removal & Appeals Policy, and Anti-Human Trafficking & Sexual Exploitation Policy.
Platform Content Model
2.1 Fictional AI Companions
Hayati provides fictional AI-generated companion experiences, including text conversations and supported AI-generated media.
AI companions are synthetic characters, not real human performers.
2.2 User Inputs and Media Uploads
Under the current product model, users provide text-based inputs. Hayati does not offer a general-purpose facility for users to upload photographs, videos, or audio recordings for adult-content publication.
This limits certain user-upload risks but does not eliminate risks involving prohibited text prompts, AI-generated outputs, impersonation, or misuse of real-person likenesses.
2.3 Scope of Safety Controls
Safety controls apply to prohibited requests and outputs regardless of whether the material is fictional, synthetic, or based on real individuals.
The fact that content is AI-generated does not automatically make it lawful or permissible.
Prohibited Content Categories
Hayati prohibits the following categories of content and activity.
3.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material and Child Sexual Exploitation
Prohibited content includes:
-
CSAM and material depicting or facilitating sexual abuse or exploitation of minors;
-
Sexualized depictions of minors or persons represented as minors, including AI-generated or fictional depictions;
-
Requests to create, obtain, distribute, or facilitate prohibited sexual content involving minors;
-
Attempts to evade safety controls through coded language, roleplay, altered age descriptions, or other circumvention techniques.
Any indication of actual child exploitation or legally reportable CSAM requires urgent assessment and escalation under applicable law.
3.2 Non-Consensual Intimate Content
Prohibited content includes:
-
Non-consensual intimate images or other sexual material;
-
Unauthorized sexual deepfakes involving identifiable real individuals;
-
Sexual content produced through coercion, threats, or exploitation;
-
Attempts to impersonate a real individual in order to create intimate or sexually explicit material without authorization.
3.3 Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation
Hayati prohibits content or conduct that promotes, facilitates, solicits, or coordinates human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced sexual activity, or related abuse.
3.4 Other Illegal Content
Other prohibited content includes sexual material or conduct that violates applicable law, including unlawful threats, extortion, exploitation, and the distribution of illegal intimate material.
3.5 Safety-Control Circumvention
Users must not deliberately circumvent content restrictions, moderation mechanisms, or enforcement decisions.
Detection and Identification
4.1 Automated Moderation
Hayati uses AI-based content moderation mechanisms to assess user inputs and platform-generated outputs for prohibited or high-risk content.
Depending on the relevant system and configuration, moderation may identify or restrict certain requests or outputs before or during generation.
These controls are not represented as infallible.
4.2 User and Third-Party Reports
Users, affected individuals, and third parties may report suspected prohibited content by emailing info@hayati.ai.
Reports may concern content, character representations, account behavior, impersonation, exploitation, or suspected underage access.
4.3 Internal Detection
Potential violations may also be identified through available platform safety signals, account reviews, fraud investigations, or other lawful operational processes.
4.4 No Guarantee of Complete Detection
Hayati recognizes that automated detection and reporting mechanisms may not identify every prohibited interaction.
Safety controls and escalation processes must be reviewed when material deficiencies or new risks are identified.
Incident Classification and Prioritization
Reported or detected incidents should be classified according to their apparent seriousness and urgency.
Critical Priority
-
Suspected actual CSAM or ongoing child sexual exploitation;
-
Credible imminent threats to a child or other individual;
-
Apparent ongoing trafficking or severe sexual exploitation.
High Priority
-
Non-consensual intimate content involving an identifiable real individual;
-
Unauthorized sexual deepfakes;
-
Repeated attempts to generate sexual content involving minors;
-
Serious coercion, threats, or sexual extortion.
Standard Priority
-
Other prohibited sexual content;
-
Attempts to circumvent moderation controls;
-
Content requiring clarification or additional policy assessment.
Classification is preliminary and may change as additional information becomes available.
A lower initial classification does not prevent urgent escalation if new evidence emerges.
Immediate Protective Measures
Where credible indicators of serious prohibited content are identified, Hayati may take proportionate protective measures, including:
-
Blocking or refusing a prohibited generation request;
-
Restricting access to relevant content or features;
-
Suspending the account or related functionality;
-
Preventing further distribution of prohibited material through available platform mechanisms;
-
Preserving relevant information where lawful and necessary;
-
Escalating the matter for further review or legally required reporting.
For critical incidents, protective measures should not be delayed solely to complete an ordinary complaint-review process.
Restrictions should be proportionate to the risk and consistent with applicable law.
Review and Investigation Procedures
7.1 Initial Assessment
An initial assessment should determine, to the extent reasonably possible:
-
The content or conduct being reported;
-
Whether the allegation concerns a minor, a real identifiable person, or a fictional character;
-
Whether there are indications of non-consent, exploitation, or illegality;
-
Whether the content remains accessible;
-
Whether immediate protective action is necessary;
-
Whether legal reporting or preservation obligations may apply.
7.2 Authorized Review
Serious or ambiguous cases should be referred for authorized human assessment when necessary.
Reviewers should have access only to information reasonably required for the investigation.
Hayati does not represent that every automated moderation decision currently receives manual review.
7.3 Verification and Consent Assessment
Where the allegation concerns an identifiable real person, reviewers may assess available evidence of identity misuse, authorization, or lack of consent.
The burden of investigating a complaint should not require the affected person to provide unnecessary intimate imagery.
Where relevant facts cannot be established immediately, Hayati may maintain proportionate restrictions while the matter is assessed.
7.4 Repeat or Coordinated Abuse
Repeated violations, linked accounts, or deliberate evasion of restrictions may justify additional account-level enforcement or investigation.
Special Handling of Suspected CSAM
8.1 Urgent Treatment
Suspected CSAM or child sexual exploitation must be treated as a critical safety matter.
Hayati should promptly restrict relevant content or activity through available mechanisms and assess applicable reporting and preservation obligations.
8.2 Minimize Exposure and Redistribution
Personnel handling suspected CSAM must avoid unnecessary viewing, copying, downloading, transmission, or redistribution.
Reports should not request that complainants email or otherwise transmit suspected CSAM.
Relevant information should be handled only through lawful and appropriately secured processes.
8.3 Preservation
Where preservation is legally required or permitted, Hayati should preserve relevant information in a manner consistent with applicable law, data protection requirements, and instructions from competent authorities.
Preservation does not authorize unnecessary reproduction or indefinite retention of unlawful material.
8.4 Reporting to Authorities
Where a report is required by applicable law, Hayati must make the report through the legally designated channel.
For suspected child exploitation involving the United States, reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (“NCMEC”) CyberTipline may be relevant, including where obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A apply.
The applicability of any specific statutory reporting duty must be assessed in light of Hayati's actual service-provider status and the circumstances of the incident.
Hayati does not claim that it is currently registered with NCMEC or operates a direct automated CyberTipline reporting integration.
8.5 No Independent Criminal Investigation
Hayati should not attempt to independently identify perpetrators, contact suspected offenders, or conduct criminal investigations beyond legitimate platform safety and compliance activities.
Potential criminal matters should be referred to competent authorities where legally required or appropriate.
Non-Consensual Intimate Content Procedures
Where a report alleges non-consensual intimate content or unauthorized use of an identifiable real person's likeness, Hayati should:
-
Identify the relevant content or account using the information provided;
-
Assess whether the content is accessible or capable of further generation or distribution;
-
Apply temporary restrictions where reasonably warranted;
-
Review available evidence of impersonation, authorization, or non-consent;
-
Remove or disable prohibited content through available mechanisms;
-
Take appropriate action against accounts involved in serious or repeated abuse;
-
Document the decision and any further escalation.
Where the affected individual requests removal, Hayati should handle the request under its reporting, complaints, and applicable privacy procedures.
Other Illegal Sexual Content
Where content appears to facilitate trafficking, coercion, sexual extortion, or other unlawful conduct, Hayati should evaluate the urgency and take appropriate action.
This may include blocking the relevant interaction, restricting an account, preserving legally relevant records, and escalating to competent authorities where required or lawfully appropriate.
Hayati will not treat the fictional or AI-generated nature of a character as a defense for facilitating real-world exploitation.
Account Enforcement
Depending on the seriousness and circumstances of a violation, enforcement measures may include:
-
Refusal or blocking of a request;
-
Content removal or output restriction;
-
Feature restrictions;
-
Warnings where appropriate;
-
Temporary account suspension;
-
Permanent account termination;
-
Restrictions against repeated circumvention;
-
Lawful referral to competent authorities.
Severe child exploitation or trafficking-related incidents may warrant immediate restriction without a prior warning.
Enforcement decisions must be consistent with applicable law and the platform's Terms and Conditions.
Evidence Handling and Recordkeeping
Where lawful and reasonably necessary, Hayati may document:
-
The date and nature of the incident;
-
Relevant account or content identifiers;
-
The reporting source;
-
The apparent category and priority;
-
Protective measures taken;
-
Review findings and enforcement outcomes;
-
Relevant communications and escalation decisions.
Records should be accessible only to authorized persons and retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy, legal obligations, and applicable preservation requirements.
These Procedures do not assert that Hayati currently maintains a dedicated case-management system or captures every listed data field automatically.
Sensitive or unlawful material must not be duplicated or circulated unnecessarily.
Reporting to Law Enforcement and Other Authorities
Hayati may disclose information to competent law enforcement or other authorized authorities where required by law or otherwise lawfully permitted.
Requests from authorities should be assessed for authenticity, legal basis, scope, and applicable privacy requirements.
Emergency disclosures may be considered where lawful and necessary to address an imminent risk of serious harm.
Hayati must not promise unrestricted disclosure of user information or disregard applicable procedural safeguards.
Detailed handling of law enforcement contact and requests is addressed in the separate Contacting Law Enforcement Guidelines.
Complaints and Appeals
Users and affected individuals may submit reports or complaints to info@hayati.ai.
Hayati aims to acknowledge reports within 24–48 hours and resolve formal complaints within five business days where reasonably practicable, consistent with its published reporting procedures.
Critical safety matters should be prioritized according to urgency rather than ordinary response targets.
Where legally permissible and appropriate, affected account holders may request reconsideration of enforcement decisions under the Complaints, Content Removal & Appeals Policy.
An appeal does not automatically require restoration of potentially unlawful content.
