How to Report
- Anyone may report content or conduct they believe is inappropriate, illegal, or in breach of our policies by contacting info@hayati.ai.
- Reports should include, where possible, a description of the concern and relevant details such as the character, account, time, or transaction involved.

What to Report
- We especially encourage reports involving:
- - Any suspected content involving minors;
- - Non-consensual, violent, or otherwise illegal content;
- - Impersonation of real people;
- - Any other violation of our Terms and Conditions or Content Monitoring Policy.

How We Respond
- Reports are reviewed by our team and actioned as appropriate. Depending on the findings, we may remove or block content, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users.
- Content involving minors or serious illegal material is treated with the highest priority and zero tolerance.

- We may maintain internal records of reports received and actions taken to support ongoing compliance and enforcement.
