Refund and Return Policy

Hayati AI provides digital subscription services and virtual in-app credits ("Lulu"). As all products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, the following policy applies.

Digital Nature of Products

  • All purchases — including subscriptions and Lulu credit packs — are digital goods delivered immediately to the user's account, and are consumed through use within the platform.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Users may cancel at any time through their account settings; cancellation stops all future billing. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period, but the user retains full access until the end of the paid period.

Virtual Credits (Lulu)

  • Lulu credits are non-refundable once purchased, as they are delivered instantly and may be used immediately. Unused Lulu remains in the user's account and does not expire.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase in the following cases:
  • - A technical error resulted in failed delivery of purchased credits or subscription benefits
  • - A duplicate charge occurred
  • - An unauthorized transaction is reported and verified

How to Request a Refund

  • Users may contact our support team at info@hayati.ai with their User ID, registered email, and transaction details. Verified eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
